Enhypen. Who are they? What do they do? What impacts have they made on the world?

To start, Enhypen is a South Korean boy band under a company called Belift Lab. It comprises seven members, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Jungwon, Sunoo and Ni-ki. My bias is Jake because I love his personality and I also find that he has a very distinct and unique voice. I also think that he’s really cool and handsome. Enhypen debuted on 30th November 2020. Since then, they have been trendsetters and record breakers. Let us take a look at some of their feats, shall we?

First, as some of you may know, there’s been this dance that many people have been doing recently, from dancer to chinese actors. The trendsetter was none other than Heeseung, the oldest of the group. He went viral for the way he danced in one part of “Bills”, a song by Enhypen, during a concert. The dance has been named the “Li Xicheng March”, “Li Xicheng” being the chinese name of Heeseung. As of now, the original video of Heeseung doing the dance has garnered millions of likes, which has surpassed most 4th and 5th generation idols. Impressive right?

Other than that, some of their songs have many, many streams, such as a classic, Fever, that has more than 385 million streams and Bite Me, which falls behind by only 33 million streams. A song I recommend to everyone is Shout Out. It is from their Manifesto: Day 1 album, and it has a really special meaning in its lyrics. So, go give it a listen!

Their extended play, Border: Day 1, debuted at number one on the Oricon Albums Chart in Japan, marking their first chart-topper in the country, with over 83,000 copies sold. Amazing right?

To conclude, Enhypen is the best korean boy group that I have ever come across and stanning them has and will continue to make my life more joyful and fun. They continue to break records worldwide and win awards for their hard work.

Stanning Enhypen was never a mistake and I will never, ever forget the 7 boys that made my life worth living, even as I am writing this blog article.
