If Matcha tastes like grass, then I am simply a cow.

Firstly, Matcha DOES NOT taste like grass. Matcha is a traditional Japanese green tea powder, it is delicious, delicate, rich, flavourful and just the best. Whoever says matcha tastes like grass has obviously never tried good matcha. It is only delicious when it is made correctly. I have tried some matcha which didn’t taste nice and had no flavour, but that doesn’t mean it's because matcha isn’t nice, it's simply because it wasn’t made properly.

Matcha made properly simply tastes like heaven, its rich, creamy taste.

Matcha has many benefits, rich in antioxidants, supporting brain health and focus, potentially aiding weight management, and promoting heart health. Matcha is packed with catechins, a type of antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. These antioxidants can help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation in the body. Matcha can help improve focus, concentration, and mental alertness due to its caffeine content, which is released more slowly and steadily than coffee. Matcha also may improve brain health. Matcha may help with weight loss by boosting metabolism and potentially curbing appetite. Matcha may help improve cardiovascular health by reducing bad cholesterol levels and blood pressure. Matcha also protects against heart disease.

The benefits are endless, it also may improve gut Health, may support blood sugar management, may boost immunity, may help prevent liver damage, may reduce stress and may be good for bone health.

Matcha solves all your problems. Having a bad day, drink matcha. Sleepy or unfocused, drink matcha. Stressed, drink matcha. Bored, drink matcha. Matcha is good for everything, not only physical health but mental health too! Matcha helps with your skin, hair, teeth, gut, heart, focus and even your mood. Matcha is a healthier alternative to coffee or other caffeinated drinks. So what are you waiting for? Go drink some matcha now! You can make your own matcha, it's really simple, I advise you to get a matcha whisk, that is the right way to make matcha. Here’s a short recipe for you!

1.Sift the matcha powder into a bowl or cup. This will minimize any lumps and yield a smooth latte.

2.Add the hot water to the bowl.

3.Whisk Vigorously, drawing a letter W, not the usual circular pattern.

4. Blend the hot water and matcha powder until no lumps remain. The matcha should be smooth and a little foamy.

5.If you want your matcha hot, you can froth the milk with a handheld milk frother.

6.Pour the matcha into the milk.

7. Add any sweetener, maple syrup, brown sugar or condensed milk to sweeten your matcha if you want.

8. Enjoy!

There are also many matcha desserts, like matcha tiramisu, matcha strawberry shortcake, matcha cookies, matcha brownies, matcha soufflé, matcha ice cream, matcha cupcakes, matcha cheesecake or matcha Swiss roll, these are all delicious desserts. Go try them out!

Matcha tastes delicious when there isn’t someone yapping in your ear that matcha tastes like grass. Matcha is the BEST!
