Everyone knows what eggs are. They are eggs laid from chickens which are then used to cook
our favourite omelets and hard boiled eggs. Served in many restaurants and enjoyed in many
homes, it is essential in our everyday lives.

Firstly, not only does it contain high-quality protein, but it also contains vitamins that are
beneficial for the human body. According to the American Heart Association News, it states that
a large egg contains around 6 grams of protein and eggs in general are also a good source of
nutrients such as vitamin D which aids bone health and immune system and choline which
helps metabolism and liver functions. Additionally, they are also filling and can help with weight
management. It is apparent that eggs are healthy food, and one that can serve to improve our
health.
Eggs are also very versatile ingredients. They can be cooked in different ways and included in
many dishes. For instance, we can boil eggs to get hard boiled eggs, or we can choose to
scramble them to make scrambled eggs. There are many other ways of cooking eggs, like
baking, frying, poaching, steaming etc...The possibilities are endless, and the best thing is each
and every form of egg is exquisite. Eggs can also be mixed with other ingredients to form
incredibly delicious meals, like the OG stir-fried tomato egg or egg fried rice. Eggs are also
needed in making bread and desserts like cakes and others.
I personally am an egg enjoyer, and eggs are in my top 5 best food selection. I love the way
eggs taste, and they are simple and efficient to cook, which can save me a lot of time so I can
do other things. They are also really filling, and the perfect late-night snack when I’m feeling
greedy at 10pm. Eggs are the best and I Stan eggs for life. I encourage all of you to eat eggs
