Believe it or not, this is food! And yes, it is edible.

Meet Samantha Lee, an online food star who makes whimsical, colourful and imaginative meals she whips up for her 2 young daughters.

Samantha started making food art in December 2008 when she was pregnant with her second daughter. She had hoped that, by making these meals, she would be able to encourage her eldest daughter to eat independently.

“I am a very ordinary stay- at- home mom,” said Samantha. But Samantha’s creations are anything but ordinary. Don’t you wish your mom was like this too? J
